In 2022, we have introduced a new feature - self-guided, clinically-supported CBT based tools designed to help you assess, understand, and improve your overall behavioral health and wellness. With NMConnect, you can enhance your mental health through video self-help courses covering various mental health topics, Mood Checks, Zen Room relaxation exercises, therapeutic tools, local resources, and assessments.
